Kevin Reeves MATCH WORN & SIGNED England Vintage 1980 Admiral Home Shirt, Shorts & Socks MAN CITY

A fearless and cunning goalscorer, Kevin Reeves was still a big fish in a small pond at perennial strugglers Norwich City when Ron Greenwood noticed his effectiveness in front of goal and gave him a debut for his country at the end of 1979. Surprisingly - some said foolishly - Reeves bow for his country came in the penultimate qualifier for the 1980 European Championships, as England took on Bulgaria at Wembley in a situation where they were within an inch of their first major finals in a decade. Reeves did little wrong but fellow debutant Glenn Hoddle took the plaudits with a stunning goal which sealed a 2-0 win, thereby negating any impact or significance achieved by Reeves. Despite a successful move to Manchester City early in 1980, Greenwood decided to pursue negligible interest in Reeves again as England prepared for the finals, giving him one more run-out in a 1-1 draw against Northern Ireland in the Home International championship. Reeves played excellently for Manchester City over the following two seasons but Greenwood was not to be tempted by him again. This stunning vintage 1980-1983 Admiral England shirt was worn by Reeves as an unused substitute against WALES on the 17-May-1980 at Wales Racecourse Ground, Wrexham and is beautifully Hand Signed by him. The shirt of course has MANY differences to replicas including the correct label details and the fully embroidered England and Admiral badges....it also comes complete with shorts and socks making this a very collectible & desirable match worn England kit with solid provenance.

Olly Barkley MATCH WORN & UNWASHED England Rugby Union Shirt v France in the 2005 Six Nations.

This unique and rare UNWASHED mud stained England Shirt is the actual dry-fit shirt Olly Barkley wore for England against France in the Six Nations match on the 13th February 2005. It is embroidered with the players name, number of caps and the date/opponents. It also displays the traditional red rose on the breast, number 12 on the back, the usual O2 sponsor on the front and Nike emblem on the collar. Adding to the rarity and value of the shirt is the fact that it carries the coating over the front of the shirt that only appears on player shirts. Size Large. In summary this stunning players shirt is completely different to replica shirts and in our opinion England Rugby shirts are probably the most difficult shirts to obtain of all the Sports. England blew a 17-6 half time lead against the French to astonishigly lose 17-18 in this gruelling encounter at Twickenham. What really sets this shirt apart is that Olly Barkley scored his FIRST ever England try in this shirt making it of extra historical importance. An absolute belter of a shirt and a proud addition to our England collection.
